Can you believe it’s already May, and we’re a third of the way through Q2? Time is flying by!
Our last few months have been really busy with some super cool projects. As you may know, our core team is located in Upstate New York and Northeastern Pennsylvania and when we work with clients in other states, we partner with our network of videographers and other industry professionals to help reduce travel, carbon emissions, and costs.
We recently got to work with Klein Creative Media, a video production company from Los Angeles, California. They helped us out on a project for our client Black Angus, and I actually recently met the founder of Klein Creative Marci Klein at the WBENC conference in March. It was very cool because I love collaborating with other women-owned businesses and together we made a really amazing video for our client.
In other news, we recently got to introduce the wonderful people at Merck to our virtual studio. We worked with the team at Merck to make a video for their Economic Inclusion Virtual Lab. This is a great initiative to increase diversity within their company and it was an honor being part of this initiative.
One other project I would like to highlight is the video that we did for Cornell. Recently, Cornell wanted to make a video to announce work that their researchers are doing for virtual fencing in the cattle industry. Cornell recently received a large grant from the Bezos Foundation to support this research and we got to help tell that story too.
Besides working on these really cool projects, our company just hit a big milestone, 14 years in business!
I would like to personally express gratitude for my amazing team, incredible clients, and all the supporters who have shown up for us again and again.
Over the past 14 years, our company has evolved in ways I never thought possible. And I’m so proud of where we are today. I can’t wait to see what the future holds and I want to thank you for being part of the journey.
Lastly, I just want to add that I am attending the Diversity Alliance for Science East Coast Conference and the Enterprising Women Conference this month. If you are going to either of those, please reach out. I would love to connect with you in real life.
